Electromagnetic Flow Meter Features:

1. There is no movable part in the pipes ,hence ,nothing resista the flow and to cause pressure loss or jamming.
2. Measurement is free from series of influences e.g medium density,elasticity ,temperature or electrical conductivity.
3. Corrosion resistance and wearability standard among other indexes are met via selecting different materials for lining and electrodes.
4. The products are equipped with high resoluction backlighted LCD display, which is integrated with menus with both language of english and chinese, it is up to the users' needs to modify the measuring range on site.

Lining Material	Applications
PTFE	Strong corrosive mediums such as strong acid and alkali-20 ~ 120℃
F46	The same as PTFEApplicable in medium of low abrasion -40 ~ 160℃
PFA	The same as F46. Applicable in state of load pressure-40 ~ 160℃
Neoprene	Water, sewage and slurry, mineral serosity of low abrasion-20 ~ 60℃
PU	Applicable in mineral serosity, slurry and coal slurry of high abrasion-20 ~ 60℃

(B) How to choose Electrode material?

Electrode Material	Applications
SS316L	Applicable in water, sewage and corrosive mediums.
Tungsten carbide	Applicable in mediums of no corrosive and low abrasion.
Hastelloy B (HB)	Having strong resistance to hydrochloric acid of any consistance.
Hastelloy C (HC)	Resistant to oxidable acid such as nitric acid, mixed acid etc.
Titanium	Seawater, and kinds of chloride, hypochlorite salt, oxidable acid etc.
Tantalum (Ta)	Hydrofluoric acid, fuming sulfuric acid, alkali remaining chemicals etc.
Platinum-iridium	Chemical mediums except for aqua fortis, ammonium salt.
